What can you expect during colon hydrotherapy?
During a colon hydrotherapy session, the therapist will guide you through the process of inserting the tube into your rectum. Once the tube is in place, water will be introduced into the colon, and you may experience some cramping or discomfort. The therapist will adjust the water pressure and temperature to make you feel more comfortable.
